Founded by Karl Fowlkes, an attorney with a wide range of experience with music, business, sports, and media, the Fowlkes Firm has spearheaded the transformation of music and entertainment law within the modern world.

Karl has successfully negotiated touring agreements, record label agreements, publishing agreements, merchandise and management agreements in the entertainment industry. Using his extensive list of contacts in the Entertainment and Business space, Karl can provide you with opportunities to grow your profile and protect yourself in turn. Some of Karl’s clients include platinum selling artists and music producers as well as creative companies that have been featured in the likes of Forbes, Business Insider, Highsnobiety and more.

Ameer joined the Firm initially as a post bar law clerk and upon bar admission, rose to an associate attorney.
